안녕하세요.

제가 인터넷으로 전자워킹 비자를 신청했는데여,

신체검사 받으러 갔다가 제가 신청할때 이름 띄어씌기를 안한걸 알게되었어요.

비자신청시 여권에 이름이 띄어져있으면, 신청도 그렇게 해야된다고 하네요.

그래서 변경해달라고 메일쓰고, 여권 스캔해서 메일 보냈는데, 아래와같이 메일 받았어요.

이메일 주소 맞게 보낸거같은데, 내용이 좀 제가 보낸내용과 동떨어져서여,

제가 받은 내용 아래와 같아요. 제가 어떻게 대처해야되는지 답변 바랍니다.

Current Processing Delays


There are delays in processing first electronic Working Holiday visa
applications and email enquiries to this helpdesk.  Emails to this
helpdesk
are being responded to 38 days after receipt.  First Working Holiday
visa
applications which have not been automatically granted are being
processed
13 days after lodgement.


For urgent queries, you should contact your nearest Australian
immigration
office (see www.immi.gov.au/contacts/offices.htm), or phone 131 881 in
Australia.


Please do not make travel arrangements, or travel to Australia, until
you
have been notified that a decision has been made on your application.
